Industrial Air IPA1882054 Reviews & Ratings
Not made 100% in USA

I have one and it works well, however neither the compressor nor the motor are made in the USA. The Motor is made in China and I think the compressor is Swedish built. It's a good unit but could be better.
The pneumatic tires suck. If you don't use the unit often, they go flat/low and it's not wise to air them up with this unit. I used a bike pump, and after having it two years replaced the pneumatic tires with solid ones, and now it's better with less maintenance.

I bought because I was told it was 100% USA made! Patriots need to wake up and support our own country. The quality looks good, but time will prove if fact.
The aluminum line from pump to tank should have been coiled or with fins for better cooling. There is also a small plastic tube running over the motor that should have run under the motor, instead.
I like the tank drain which is opened simply with fingers, no tool needed. It runs a lot quieter than my old direct-drive compressor.

Expert Response
We're sorry; we don't have this shown as Made In USA. In order to legally qualify for that label at least 85% of the parts need to be made in the US, and it's up to the manufacturers to tell us if that's the case.
There are some Jenny units, some Quincy units, a Speedway, and a few Ingersoll Rand units that meet that standard. You can enter "Made In USA" in the Search box in the upper right corner of the web site to see them all.
